Attentive Mind Psychological Services does not directly accept insurance and is considered an out-of-network (OON) provider. It is recommended that you contact your insurance company prior to scheduling an appointment to determine your out-of-network coverage therapy services (CPT codes 90791, 90832, 90834 & 90853). Attentive Mind Psychological Services provides a detailed receipt (AKA a “Superbill”) for services rendered that includes all appropriate codes that can be submitted for out-of-network reimbursement.
Prior to initiating evaluation or treatment, prospective patients are provided with information regarding the fees for services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost.
